8 O'clock Ranch in Upstate NY offers grass fed organically & humanely raised Heritage breed Suffolk Lambs, Hereford/Galloway Beef and Yorkshire, Berkshire and Duroc pork along with pastured eggs. Several hundred acres are provided for grazing during the summer and during the winter stored hay and baleage. Our meat and eggs are available through our website, many local food coops and Restaurants as well as through our CSA. Enjoy tender, juicy and flavorful cuts delivered right to your door!
