Description
We are a family farm on 122 acres in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains in NE New York. Grace Bischoff has been operating the farm since 1999. Grace manages the farm and her children Jake and Zoe, manage her. We have a flock of 100 sheep on pasture that we raise for wool and meat. We have a century-old mill in Canada make our fleeces into beautiful, heirloom-quality blankets. We sell the blankets on our web site and farm. We also raise 1000 chickens on pasture each season (June-October) for meat. We sell our meat at local farmers' markets and restaurants. Lamb can be shipped overnight in the USA. Our chicken can only be shipped within New York state.
