We raise certified organic beef, certified grass-fed beef and certified organic artichokes on our ranch which surrounds Drakes Estero on the Point Reyes Peninsula. Our cattle graze these beutiful Calufornia north coast organic pastures for their entire lives. We also raise oysters, clams and scallops sustainably in Drakes Estero, where California's purest shellfish growing waters are found.
