Our Heritage breed Lamb, Beef and Pork is grass fed, organically and humanely Raised. We dry age our lamb for a minimum of 7 days for the enhanced tenderness and flavor, it is then vacuum packed and quickly frozen. We ship to the entire USA and use insulated boxes with gel pack as needed to ensure your meat will be cold when it arrives. Visit our website to order from our many cuts.
