We have two main priorities when it comes to our menu. The first is great, tasty food. The second is food that is that is purchased, stored, cooked and prepared to be as nutritious as possible. All of our delicious dishes are prepared with fresh, 100% organic ingredients! All water used for cooking and ice is sub-micron filtered. All employees are extensively trained in healthy food handling and cooking methods. We also do NOT use microwaves, aluminum pans, or frozen produce.
