The restaurant provides an eco-fine dining experience centered on a dedication to organic ingredients. Food sources are always organic and local when possible. All proteins are free range/wild caught or organic. The menu delights both the palate and the planet and like the atmosphere, reflects a unique combination of art and simplicity.
Michael Farrell is Organic Orbit’s Executive Chef, formerly of The Summer House on Nantucket. No stranger to Colorado, Farrell was an influential chef at Beano’s Cabin and Saddle Ridge in Beaver Creek and Castle Pines. Farrell is a previous Zagat and Dirona award winner.
The restaurant is open Tuesday-Saturday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. and 6-10 p.m., featuring a café menu by day and eco-fine dining in the evening. Daytime “liquid nourishment” from the Orbit Bar™, includes juices, tonics and nutritional smoothies. Dine in or take out at lunch from the Organic Express™ deli counter featuring fresh salads, wraps, sandwiches, lunch bowls, pizza, and soups.
Organic Orbit’s dinner menu rivals the best in the region, with specialty items that incorporate the finest organic produce and organic/sustainable meats and seafood, as well as vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Special raw food items are featured at both lunch and dinner, and small farm™ plates highlight produce from local farmers on a regular basis. The full-service evening Orbit Bar features organic and biodynamic wines as well as organic beer and spirits.
