We were the first Certified Organic Restaurant under the USDA in the US. We have a large menu, covering meats, wild seafood’s, soups, pasta's and sandwiches, vegetarian items. our own desserts, beer and wine. We are passionate about organics and don’t compromise with substitutions, for reasons of cost.
