We purchase fair trade products such as tea, coffee, and chocolate. We love to use locally grown and produced goods when available. We enjoy interacting with the local community, the farmers, and artisans. These beautiful people form the thread that weaves our community into an exceptional place. These high quality products are costly but contribute to our remarkable and awarded cuisine.
